Our Management

Mr. Xu joined our Group in 2014 and is mainly responsible for the overall strategy, investment planning and human resource strategy of our Group and serving as a member of each of the remuneration and nomination committees and the chairman of the nomination committee of our Board. He is a director of each of our subsidiaries (other than SLD Group Holdings and Gangyuan Design). He joined Jangho Group in 2006 and is currently the Chief Executive Officer and the General Manager of Jangho Co., one of our Controlling Shareholders and the A shares of which are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 601886), responsible for the overall strategy, investment planning, management and operations of Jangho Group.

Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Xu served as the head of the finance department and the deputy officer of Inspur Group Limited from 1994 to 2001, primarily responsible for the financial matters of the branch office and the group companies of Inspur Group Limited. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Xu served as the Chief Financial Officer of Shandong Inspur Qilu Software Industry Company Limited, the A shares of which are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600756), and was principally responsible for the financial management. Shandong Inspur Qilu Software Industry Company Limited is principally engaged in the tobacco and electronic governance business.

Mr. Xu obtained a bachelor degree in accounting from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1994. He became a non-practising member of The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2009 and a senior accountant approved by the Beijing Senior Specialized Technique Qualification Evaluation Committee in 2013.
